Clean and fairly large venue with great views. Nicely furnished rooms and hypoallergenic pillows. - Sensational breakfast and fabulous food. - Great and magnificent setting in a nice enough area, close to the city center, the train station, and downtown restaurants.

The units are well furnished and well-equipped where obviously the internet didn ` t work. The hotel offers good and excellent location close to a railway station: )

The breakfast offered here was fantastic with a variety of healthy options, and the location was convenient, close to the garden.

The hotel was pleasant and clean, overlooked city. Very very helpful and excellent staff providing very good services. Good bed, large bathroom and a private safe, central heating, and an iron in the room. Great food served, incredible breakfast. Exceptionally nice and magnificent location for visiting nightclubs and restaurants walking distance to the venue...

We had upgraded to a superior double room--can't imagine how small it would be if we'd kept the economy room. Room was very small and bare-bones--no personality or charm. Plug-ins were difficult to find and inconvenient and wifi weak. Horrible smell coming from drains--had to keep windows open. Definitely not worth the premium price for this place.

Beautiful hotel with free parking and nice room with comfortable beds, TV and safe. The hotel is located close to Randers train station and 8 minutes from the centre of Randers. Free parking spaces are available. Extensive breakfast with gluten-free products, lactose-free milk is available on request.

The breakfast was extensive, but the bread only seemed to be baked up. The safe is placed on the floor.

I was really impressed with the beautiful decoration of the hotel. The common areas were tastefully designed with cozy furniture and lovely artwork on the walls. It made me feel like I was staying in an elegant and sophisticated place. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was. There were ramps and handrails throughout the property, making it easy for me to navigate and feel safe.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could provide more assistance with carrying luggage. It would have been helpful to have someone help me with my bags, especially since there were some stairs to climb to get to my room.

The location in a nice area was fantastic, with a supermarket and shops close by, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
